Welcome to JUNGLE LABS (referred to as the “App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Enterprise Network Diagnostics, Local Topology Optimization, and Performance Telemetry analysis utilities (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this App. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of Service
The App provides a suite of advanced IT network diagnostic, analysis, and network mapping utilities designed to:
- Enhance understanding of local network paths and configuration details.
- Map local topology and track system reachability.
- Analyze network latency metrics across localized diagnostic probe endpoints.
Please Note: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted diagnostic metric streams, connection paths, or compatibility with all enterprise security infrastructures.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful corporate and administrative purposes. You must NOT:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Engage in malicious network probing, port-scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing of third-party systems.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the testing probe nodes.
- Transmit malware, harmful scripts, or viruses.
4. Account and Subscription
4.1 Account: Some advanced diagnostics dashboard features require registering an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and protect your administrative credentials from unauthorized access.
4.2 Subscriptions and Payments: Premium monitoring and probe options are operated via subscription tiers processed securely through Apple’s App Store platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
4.3 Refund Policy: All purchases and refund processes are subject strictly to Apple's default payment terms and guidelines.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the diagnostics portal at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or use the analysis endpoints in an abusive, excessive, or non-compliant manner.
6. Privacy
Your data privacy is essential. We operate on a strict privacy model where your raw packet payloads are never inspected. Please review our detailed Privacy Policy to understand how diagnostic metadata, telemetry metrics, and account info are managed.
7. Intellectual Property
All application assets, tracing algorithms, graphic interfaces, charting configurations, and source code are owned by JUNGLE LABS. You are granted a limited license to run the software interface and may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the application without our express written permission.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend specific analysis modules, probe regions, or performance metrics dashboards without notice. We are not liable for any telemetry log gaps or operational adjustments.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular IT infrastructure, diagnostic precision, non-infringement, or absolute uptime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUNGLE LABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of packet transmission, network degradation, system outages, or business disruptions arising from the use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold JUNGLE LABS harmless from any claims, regulatory actions, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your misuse of our analysis systems or violation of this agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Your continued operation of the App diagnostics interface after updates have been posted constitutes an ongoing and complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
